WHAT WE COLLECT.
Contact details, payment and order status, footage and reference links, your creative brief, preview decisions, and messages you send us. Stripe handles card payment; we do not receive or store your full card number.
HOW WE USE IT.
To review footage, create your edit, send first-frame design emails, deliver download links, answer support requests, and handle refund requests or disputes.
WHO HANDLES IT.
Payments run through Stripe. We use Dropbox or the file host you choose for footage and delivery links, Resend for order emails, and video editing tools that process the footage you submit. Our site provider stores order records and links. Those providers handle data under their own policies.
YOUR FILES.
This site stores links, not video files. Share only footage and references you have the right to use. Anyone with a working source link may be able to access that file, so set its sharing permissions accordingly. Order status links are private; keep yours safe.
QUESTIONS OR DELETION.
We keep order information as needed to complete work, support customers, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Email us to ask about your data or request deletion where applicable.
