Digital edits. Clear process.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS.
Email munarmadefilms@gmail.com with your order number to cancel or request a refund. Before full video rendering starts, we will refund the order in full. If we cannot accept your footage or deliver the agreed edit, we will refund the affected work. After rendering starts, contact us about non-delivery or a material error. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. NOSET VFX has final discretion over goodwill refunds, subject to applicable law. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
DELIVERY.
We review the footage and send a proposed first-frame design for you to accept before the full video render. Each finished clip arrives as a separate download link on your private order page, with original audio. For one straightforward clip, the 2-hour turnaround starts after you accept our design. Bundle timing is confirmed after review. These are digital services; nothing is shipped.
ISSUES.
For a delivery problem, charge question, or dispute, email us with the order number and a short description. We will review the order and respond by email.
FOOTAGE RULES.
Send only footage, music, and references you have permission to use. We may decline material we cannot edit legally or safely. If a request falls outside the package scope, we will contact you before rendering.
